Booking and Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you. Appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours in advance. All guests are personally responsible for rescheduling or canceling their appointments through the booking site at-least 48 hours in advance.

Your deposit will be transferred to a service within 30 days. You may only reschedule your appointment once. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable or transferable. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

Due to the high volume of consultations/appointments, we require a deposit and a credit card on file to hold your appointment. In the event, you are not able to make your appointment and it’s within the 48-hour window, a fee will be applied to the full amount of the treatment cost. Treatments purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment and/or refuse service. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled. We reserve the right to require prepayment for future treatments and/or refuse service. The credit card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment fee for no-shows or missed appointments.

Messages or comments on social media are not acceptable methods of booking, canceling, or rescheduling an appointment.

New Client Policy

All Clients must complete a consultation on the initial day of services. Before receiving skincare treatments, clients must be on a full skincare regimen curated by Acne Assassin Skin Clinic. Clients who have not received a skincare treatment in six months may be required to complete a skincare consultation to reassess skincare needs and concerns.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Acne Assassin Skin Clinic reserves the proprietary rights to its treatment plans, custom routines, product selection, professional treatments, etc. Treatment plans, product selection, custom routines, and professional treatments may not be shared, distributed, disclosed, or advertised without written consent.

No exchanges or refunds on services, products, packages, and memberships.

What should I book?

There are two options for first time guest. If you are NOT currently suffering from breakouts but wanting to improve your skin and achieve healthy skin, please choose the First Time Guest Custom Treatment.

If you are currently suffering from active acne and breakouts, please schedule the Acne Assassin Consultation and Treatment.

Am I candidate for the Acne Assassin Program?

The Acne Assassin program is for you if you’ve ever suffered from breakouts or hyperpigmentation. If you have purchased countless over the counter products and prescriptions from dermatologist, or tired of the DIY skincare that hasn’t been helpful? You’ve finally found your saving grace!

How long will it take to see my results?

We cannot give a deadline for how the skin functions and transitions. The body will adjust accordingly if the discipline and commitment are there along with diet, lifestyle and routine.

What should I apply to my face, on the day of my appointment?

On the day of your appointment, only cleanse, apply moisturizer & SPF. No makeup should be worn to an appointment where the face is being treated.

Will I see immediate results?

Yes, usually you see immediate results after skin treatment. However, you will experience maximum benefits 5-7 days after your appointment which lasts 21-28 days. It is time for another treatment after 4 weeks, ensure to book your appointments in advance.

Can I wear make-up after my appointment?

We highly recommend waiting for 24hrs after your appointment to wear make-up.

How often should I get a skincare treatment?

The frequency of treatment sessions is based on the best interest of your skin, your skincare goals and budget. During your first appointment, we will outline a customized treatment plan that aligns with all above mentioned factors.

Full skincare regimen

Skincare concerns are unique and all skincare regimens are customized to your skincare needs. During your initial skincare consultation, our skin specialist will customize a treatment plan for you, which includes a custom skincare regimen to address your concerns. As your skincare journey continues, items may be removed or added to achieve desired skincare goals.

What is a full skincare regime?

A full regimen consists of professional grade products inclusive of but not limited to cleansers, toners, multiple serums (depending on your skincare concern), moisturizers, masks, and SPF.

I have had skincare treatment at a different clinic and did not need to prep.

Our treatment policies are in place to prevent and reduce the risk of damage to your skin. Our treatments are aggressive but effective under the right conditions.

A customized skincare regimen at home, and regular use of SPF, is an excellent way to maintain skin health and prevent aging. Consistency will help condition and prepare your skin for safe advanced corrective treatments, and extend and enhance your results afterward.

Why do I need to buy the recommended products?

The products in our shop have been selected due to their proven efficacy in the skin concerns we specialize in. We can predict its outcomes on your skin. We are unable to know the efficacy of unknown brands and formulations.

How much will a skincare regimen cost?
